Our charities are selected on stringent criteria:

1.  A purpose, as determined by our management, in keeping with our desire to support organizations that address issues that we believe are the most important issues and problems facing the world today.  These organizations serve broad constituents and beneficiaries through direct service, education, research, and advocacy. 

2. A rating of "A" or better by the American Institute of Philanthropy (AIP)

3. In keeping with the wishes of those who support us through their purchases on our sites.  Your vote doesn't determine which charities we will fund.  Our commitment is to make a donation to each of them.  Your vote will help us to decide proportionally how much each charity will receive.
